food items: under u.s. food laws the return of food items is restricted due to the risks of tampering.  therefore any returned food items will be destroyed upon receipt.  as a result, food items are only returnable if the item has been damaged in transport or the wrong item was shipped by cliir. if one of these instances occurs, please contact us immediately at and include your contact information, order number, date of order, date you received the shipment and description of the issue.

non-food items: you must submit a request to cliir at within 14 days of purchase if you would like to return a non-food item. cliir will respond with a "Request Authorization" code which must be included in your returned box.  unless the product is damaged or the wrong item is shipped, the shipping costs will not be refundable. 

damaged items: while we work with our shipping providers to prevent damage, occasionally a product will become damaged during shipment.  if this occurs - we apologize for the inconvenience!  please contact us immediately at providing your contact information, order number, date of order, date you received the shipment and a description of the damage (a picture would also be great to help us work with our shippers to prevent this going forward).  please let us know if you prefer a replacement product or refund.  feel free to contact us at info@cliir.com or by phone at 1-800-743-8676.
